Conventions and Meetings

The Windsor Oaks Inn is the areas finest meeting and convention center. With several meeting rooms, large and small, they are able to meet the needs for every convention up to 500. The Castle seats up to 350 for a reception, the Pin Oak and Red Oak rooms combined will hold up to 150 for a reception. The Castle is an elegant banquet hall with a stage and built in bar, great for large meetings, conventions, and receptions. There are several small break out rooms, great for small meetings, dinners, and parties. Call Dora Howell, our full time event coordinator, to plan your event.

Capacities: Frank Lloyd Wright Room 18 people, Pin Oak Room 40 people. Red Oak Room 70 people, The Castle 350 people.
